Est. Philadelphia
Hand-pulled, hand-glazed, and baked fresh every morning on Old York Road — no shortcuts, no frozen dough, just honest pastry work.
Our Story
Logan Donuts started with a simple conviction: a Philadelphia donut should taste like something made by someone who actually lives here. Not a chain, not a franchise — a neighbourhood kitchen showing up every morning at dawn to pull, proof, and fry.
We source our flour, dairy, and fruit from suppliers within the region. Our glazes are made in-house each morning. Every batch is small enough to guarantee quality, large enough to feed the street.
The Process
Our dough is mixed in small batches each morning and given time to rest — no rapid-rise shortcuts.
Hand-pulled into shape, then proofed slowly until each donut reaches the proper volume and texture.
Fried in clean oil at the right temperature, then glazed, dipped, or topped within minutes of coming out.
From our display case to your hands — ideally still warm, ideally today.
